"Having grown up in rural Newfoundland, water has always provided a sense of tranquility to me. As such, it seemed only fitting to have artwork in my home that reminds me of my roots. I provided Ms. Lee with a photo that a friend had taken while kayaking off the coast of Newfoundland. The landscape painting provided was not only accurate replica of waves crashing against the rugged shoreline but also characterized a sense of depth and texture - portraying the Atlantic as I remember it so fondly.
